silent auction Thursday, May 16, 8:30am–4:30pm (one day only!) This year's Silent Auction is a 1-DAY EVENT so come by and bid early to make sure you get that special item. The auction will close at 4:30pm on Thursday, May 16th. Come be a part of the excitement! Concert Hall SNAG Silent Auction Support SNAG's Educational Programming by supporting the Silent Auction! Visit the Silent Auction booth and bid on some of the outstanding items that have been donated. Bid on donated items such as jewellery, art objects, specialized hand tools, sheet metals or other materials, gemstones or raw material for cutting, jewellery software, gift certificates, rare jewellery books, and jewellery technique DVDs. All proceeds go to SNAG's educational programming. So be sure to stop by to browse, and support SNAG by taking something home with you. See you at the auction! The 2013 SNAG Silent Auction Committee: Jennifer Wells and Marlene True Donations accepted for Silent Auction: Donations will be accepted on Wednesday, May 15th from 4:00PM–7:00pm donation(s) and fill out a donation form at this time. The auction will not be open for bidding until Thursday morning at 8:30am. Getting a Bidder Number: To bid on items in the Silent Auction, you must have a bidder number. You can get one at the auction booth starting on Thursday. You must have a credit card to get a bidder number, and all final transactions will be processed by credit card and in US Dollars ONLY. Friday, May 17 Silent Auction Item Pick-Up: 8:30–11:00am Winning bidders must pick up and pay for their items on Friday between Auction Winner Pick-Up Concert Hall 42 8:30AM–11:00AM. Any items that were bid on and not picked up will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card plus the cost of shipping and an additional $30.00 fee.
