Wholesale Only Possession of this catalog does not necessarily qualify the holder to purchase wholesale from Denver Pottery Company. In order to qualify to purchase wholesale products from Denver Pottery, a business must have a retail establishment where our products can be displayed and repetitively sold. Sales Tax Denver Pottery Company is required by law to charge applicable state and local taxes unless a Colorado sales tax license, as well as a city sales tax license from the jurisdiction of your retail establishment, has previously been provided. Return Policy Please select items with care. We do not accept returns on pottery. Under certain conditions, a return may be accepted with a 25% restocking fee, upon approval. Products Many of our products are handmade, hand finished and unique. There is no guarantee that each pot will be exactly the same size, shape and color. This adds to the unique character of the pot. Actual items may differ slightly in color from photos in catalog. Small firing cracks found on some items do not affect the structure or integrity of the pot. Pricing Prices subject to change without notice. Large Orders Please call for individual quotes on large pallet or container quantities. Denver Pottery also has pre-made pallets at special prices. Sizes All sizes in catalog are outside measurements in inches: width (side to side) x height. If rectangular, length x width x height. Reminder To prevent moisture damage, planters should always be raised above floor surfaces or tabletops with trivets or footed saucers. Watertight saucers and airflow are your best defense. Please advise your customers to avoid subjecting pottery to freezing temperatures. Thank you Denver Pottery will not accept returns for any item that is a special order and not regularly stocked in our warehouse. This exclusion applies particularly to Riverside Plastic products. Please be careful to discuss and get in writing these conditions with your customers when placing special orders. Order at 303.733.1655 3
