The KCRPCA Annual Chris
The lights of the Plaza are a
welcome sight each Christmas
season.
This year was no
exception. They provided the
perfect backdrop for our annual
Holiday party. While the lights
continue to be a welcomed
tradition our venu was all new.
The Country Club Plaza's newest
hotel, Hotel Sorella, provided the
perfect atmosphere for severtyone KCRPCA members to
celebrate the season.
The evening began with
a festive gathering in a private
foyer. Cocktails were served as
the guests gathered. And gather
we did! The event was a sellout,
totaling seventy-one KCRPCA
members.
We sat down for a dinner of
Garden Salad with Dressing and
Rolls on the tables, grilled mixed

vegetables, potatoes in parsley
butter, vermicelli rice. Entrée's
included
beef
bourgignone,
grilled salmon with caper butter,
vegetable lasagna, and chicken
in sherry cream sauce. Dinner
was finished with coffee and a
choice of simple petite fours,
New York cheese cake minis,
mango chocolate mousse cake,
and coconut cake.
It was great to see so many
new faces. Our club is alive and
growing. I would say that based
on the lively conversation, a good
time was had by all.
The annual Holiday Party is
a great way to ring in the season.
This is always one of our favorite
events of the year. Hope to see
you next year.
