L ocated directly across from world-famous Huntington Beach, the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resor t & Spa is infused with an elegant California beach vibe and reminiscent of the relaxing qualities of a Hawaiian getaway. The 18-acre oceanfront proper ty is connected to the beach by the only pedestrian bridge that crosses Pacific Coast Highway, and is the perfect location to fully enjoy "Surf City USA." "People visiting our proper ty have access to ever ything," says Sales Manager Ben Fairchild. Only 10 years old, the hotel has already undergone a refreshment and is just completing an expansion of the main restaurant with a new top chef and a focus on creative California cuisine. Food at the proper ty is fresh, inspired and delicious, and each restaurant has a different vibe appropriately suitable for hip adults or families with young children. "It's eclectic like Southern California," says Fairchild. Pete's Sunset Grille is located on the former site of surfer Pete Mallor y's surfboard factor y, and has surf décor and casual yet luscious food and drinks. The Red Chair Lounge features live music, billiards, cozy couches in front of fireplaces, and outdoor firepit seating. Tower 15 Pizzeria, located next to an arcade room, offers guests a casual meal to eat onsite or take down to the beach.
