Our membership base at CMCS continues to grow and is expected to exceed 150,000 members by the end of the year. This is an all-time high for our company and we are encouraged by a 4% enrollment growth in a time when our industry as a whole is downsizing. Our biggest challenge in 2014 w i l l b e t o re s p o n d p o s i t i v e l y t o marketplace changes and demands. Market pressures will require CMCS to find new and creative ways to deliver value and "Best in Class" service to our customers. We are looking to the future with 3 major company initiatives this year: • Offer enhanced services to our customers by leveraging existing technology. With a wealth of infrastructure already in place, we will focus on supporting new payment methodologies, presenting critical information to customers in a more integrated fashion, improving web services, developing mobile applications, and exploring the use of social media applications. • Provide enhanced analytic and reporting services focusing on clinical and financial outcomes, including the use of MEDai analytic software and internal applications to demonstrate positive impact and outcomes for members and customers. We will tailor reports to specific needs and provide access for clients to run their own reports for quality improvement measures. • Internally review every department and make the necessary changes to improve processes and increase efficiencies. Market pressures require everyone to be more efficient as we reorganize and consolidate business operations to improve existing services and offer new ones to our hospital networks, providers and their members. This will include a critical review and analysis of what will be required to address upcoming health care reform mandates. 2014 will bring new challenges and new opportunities for CMCS. We will follow a "whatever it takes" approach to meet these challenges and be a valued resource and partner to our customers.
