They say April showers bring
May flowers, but for the KCRPCA
Club it brings MUDBUGS! The
Wayman Open House is held the
first weekend in April every year
and is a highly inticipated and
attended event. It is the first time
for us to all get together after the
long winter. This year's turn out
did not dissapoint.
Many KCRPCA'ers arrived
early to enjoy Bob Wayman's
special serving of mudbugs
(crawdads), and the pot luck from
everyone else.
The gathering is an
opportunity for all to catch up on
the winter's activities with old
friends and meet new members
venturing out for the spring.
There was a lively discussion
regarding that weekend's
upcoming autocross and the
upcoming ladies only autocross.
If you missed joing us don't
worry there is always next year.
But why wait that long?!? Come
on out to our next event, Escape
to the Elms. The event will be a
fun run followed by lunch at the
Elms in Excelsior Springs, MO.
Watch for email updates.
