Named 2009’s Minor League Park of the Year by Baseball America, AutoZone Park is one of the most identifiable structures of downtown Memphis, and is a park the Tigers have been fortunate to use over the years to host a number of games. With its classic, neo-traditional style, the home of the Memphis Redbirds has all the trappings of big-time baseball, offering Tiger fans an occasional pilgrimage into one of the most beautiful venues for baseball in America. The Tigers don’t disappoint when they go downtown, either, with victories over foes from Mississippi State and Ole Miss coming at AutoZone Park in the past few seasons.
