The sample management system ensures consistent, accurate data and is capable of testing fluids from 1 to 425 centistokes without dilution. The pressurized sample deliv- ery reduces the impact of bubbles, while the integrated vacuum/degas function streamlines sample handling for increased accuracy. Intelligent on-screen prompts guide users through common sampling activity with user alerts for particle settling and run-to-run variances. The OCS is a flexible condition-based monitoring solution that can be per- manently mounted within a lubrication system on any type of machine. Providing real-time monitoring of water and oxidation levels, it can measure contamina- tion in all industrial equipment, including diesel and gas engines, compressors, industrial gear reducers, wind turbines, generator sets and hydraulic systems. Data can be displayed on an existing system or on the Stauff Oil Condition Display (OCD). Stauff • www.stauff.com • 201-444-7800 7. Flow MeTer The new M1000 electromagnetic flow meter from Badger Meter features a non-intrusive open-flow tube that vir- tually eliminates pressure loss for use in a wide range of industrial applications. The flow meter offers an accuracy rate of plus or minus 0.3 percent and combines a gener- al-purpose detector with an amplifier. With no moving parts to impede the flow stream, maintenance is kept to a minimum, even in less than ideal fluid conditions. The M1000 is available in 0.25- to 8-inch sizes and has a flow rate of 0.03 to 12 meters per second. The unique media ensures a low charge across both media and fluid over long periods of time to mitigate sparking. The anti-static filter elements are suitable for power generation applications, plastic injection molding machines, mobile hydraulics, pulp and paper, and other applications that employ low-conductivity oils. They can also be used as direct replacements for most major original equipment manufacturer filter elements. Swift Filters • www.swiftfilters.com • 877-887-9438 7 3 2 4
