Jonathan Fly torched Brentwood Country Club with rounds of 66-64- 67—197 to claim an eight-stroke victory in the 63rd annual SunTrust Tennessee State Open. Competing against both professionals and amateurs from across the state of Tennessee, Fly beat out a group of experienced golfers for the championship title. Stephan Jaeger (a), Matthew Mincer, Alan McAfee and Tim Jackson (a) all finished tied for second with 54-hole totals of 205. Jackson is a two-time USGA Mid- Amateur Champion and has competed in the Masters Tournament, U.S. Open and U.S. Senior Open.
