36 Powder and Bulk Engineering, 2015-2016 Corporate Capabilities Solving processing challenges for over a century Since 1888, Triple/S Dynamics has been providing custom-engineered vibrating equipment to the processing industries including the original Horizontal Motion Conveyor – the Slipstick ® , the Texas Shaker ® Precision Screener, Sutton Specific Gravity Separators and Stoners, Rotascreen ® Trommels and Sutton Granulators. We serve all the processing industries including food, chemical, agricultural, aggregates and mining, foundry and resource recovery. Our knowledge base and the full range of equipment make our solutions ideal for applications where products are dusty, friable, hazardous, sticky, abrasive, or where products require special sanitation provisions. Mechanical Conveying The original Horizontal Motion Conveyor, the Slipstick is recognized for its non-impact conveying motion and enviable record of low maintenance, high-reliability and performance. Highly effective for conveying bulk granular or powdered products, the Slipstick's gentle horizontal motion practically eliminates dusting and spillage. Screening The low-speed Texas Shaker ® Precision Screener is a workhorse for the processing industries. Mechanically simple and reliable, this screen is available in a wide range of sizes to meet any capacity requirements. Unlike typical vibrating screens that shake the entire screen box, the Longhorn Screener vibrates only the screen cloth. This design change offers many benefits to the processor including minimal structure vibration, low power consumption, and low maintenance requirements. The Longhorn can screen wet or dry products. Separating Gravity separators are used for separating bulk materials by density. Simplified and rugged controls assure that machine settings will be trouble- free and drift-free. The material is fed onto a flat porous deck which is sloped in two directions. Low-pressure air is forced through the deck to fluidize and stratify the material bed. A vibrating action is applied to the deck to convey the heavier particles, which have sunk to the bottom of the material bed, up the inclination of the deck. Lighter particles are suspended in the rising airflow and slide down the slope of the deck. Triple/S Dynamics, Inc. Triple/S Dynamics 1031 S.
