The late Ed Haber was a
man whose burning pas-
sion for the game of golf
led him to transform a
bucolic Carmel Valley
dairy farm into a world-
class golf course/club and
hotel. He is credited by
many with pioneering the
tourism industry in that
part of the Peninsula.
