Being a Lady Tiger 13 Brooks Monaghan Jodi Grant Head coach Brooks Monaghan and assistant coach Jodi Grant each know what it is like playing for the University of Memphis, as both are U of M graduates. The life of a Tiger student-athlete is a demanding, yet rewarding job. The most important aspect of Lady Tiger soccer according to Coach Monaghan is the classroom. Secondly, playing soccer and lastly, social life. All Lady Tigers play for the University of Memphis by those priorities. M Club Hall of Fame honoree Jodi Fisher (current assistant coach Jodi Grant) helped start the tradition of the Blue and Gray and Lady Tiger soccer in 1995 when the program began. A four- year letterwinner, Fisher was the first women's soccer player in the M Club Hall of Fame. 2011 Memphis Women's Soccer Experience
