JANUARY 2015 RETAILOBSERVER.COM 17 system cuts down on preheat time. Relocated vertical fans in the back corners of the oven allow for a curved back wall, creating more usable space and better airflow within the oven. The M series offers ten cooking modes via an LCD touchscreen control panel. These modes help achieve precisely the results in mind: roast, bake, broil, convection, convection roast, proof, dehydration, bake stone, warm and Gourmet. The new Gourmet mode includes a menu of preset options that help guide users through the cooking process of commonly prepared foods, including temperature and rack placement, eliminating any guesswork. Once the setting is selected, the oven may adjust cooking settings throughout the process to guarantee the best result possible. Many dishes will not require preheat, allowing an easy transition from meal prep to table. Additional features that are standard in all M series ovens include control options that help precisely set and monitor cooking and are accessible via a new LCD touchscreen control that is intuitive and makes accessing all of the oven's features easy. M series wall ovens are also compatible to sync with home-automated control systems like Control4, Crestron and Savant, which provide the ability to monitor the oven via smartphones and tablets (linked to the control system). This technology allows users to view the oven's current temperature, receive preheat notifications and timer alerts, and monitor the probe temperature. The three new distinct design styles of the M series ovens give users the option to choose products that cohesively fit a specific kitchen design. The new styles—ultra-sleek contemporary, classic, yet flexible transitional and bold professional—offer unlimited design possibilities ranging from 27" to 36" in width. • The contemporary style incorporates a minimalist, handle-less design of black glass and a color LCD touch panel, creating a sleek look. Contemporary ovens are offered in single or double 30" widths. • The transitional style is available in single and double 27" widths, easily integrating into any kitchen design. Additionally, transitional is available in single 30" and 36", and double 30" widths (lower double 27" does not have convection). Transitional ovens are stainless with tubular handles and come with a full-color LCD touch-panel display, available in single or double 30" widths. • Professional models, available in single and double 30" widths, are stainless with professional handles and combine the LCD touch panel display with control knobs. Signature red knobs are standard, while black and stainless knobs are also an option. Users can pair an M series oven with similarly styled Wolf products and match handles with Sub-Zero refrigeration and wine storage. New built-in M series ovens now fit standard cabinetry installation (24" deep) and can be installed proud or flush inset. The transitional and professional 30" wide single ovens are available now. The transitional and professional 30" double ovens, contemporary 30", 27"and 36" transitional ovens will follow.
