reasons why some people can be
persuaded to go for a walk."

A
s everyone knows, real estate is actually a peo-
ple business, and this 20-month-old AKC
Champion Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is most defi-
nitely a people dog. Bradley accompanies owner Vicki
Mitchell of Carmel Realty to show homes. "People
love him and he usually sells the house," she laughs.
Bradley also serves as Carmel Realty's mascot,
doing his office time with the other agents. "He actu-
ally distracts us from our work," Lynch says.
"Everyone wants to play with him."

T
o a CPA, it's all about counting
the dollars. To a Dalmatian like
Cooper, it's all about counting the
spots. Cooper comes into the office
with Patrick Callahan every day, and
after making sure all the spots are
accounted for, promptly falls asleep
on top of his dog crate. "He does get
super excited for the first few min-
utes when he sees a client come in,"
Callahan says, "but after giving them
his smile, goes right back to sleep."
Cooper is famous around town for
riding in Callahan's car with his head
sticking out of the sunroof. "He just
loves that," his owner says.
