March / April 2015 10 1. Where are you from and what brought you to KC? I'm from Lawrence. Car events such as Fast Fridays usually bring me to KC on the weekends. 2. How long have you been married, kids or pets? I'm 19 and single. No marriage plans in sight. 3. What is your background or profession? I'm currently a part time student and automotive photographer. 4. When did you join PCA? I joined PCA a year ago after two years of 944 ownership. 5. What kind of Porsche do you have? My current Porsche is a 1999 Arctic Silver 986 Boxster. 6. What is your favorite thing about your car? The exhaust note from the engine over 4,000 RPM 7. What have you done to personalize it? Nothing has been done to the Boxster yet. Plans for new wheels are in the works. 8. Favorite memory with car - or funny story? On one snowy morning, I did donuts with my 944 in my empty high school parking lot. The next day, the cop pulled me out of art class and told me I was being charged with reckless driving and I was suspended from school. Kids started posting pictures of Porsches on Twitter with the hashtag #FreeKyle when the word spread around. 9. Cars growing up that you had fun with? Our family friend's 996 Carrera 4S. He brought it over soon after he bought it brand new. That car stuck in my mind ever since. I knew I had to have one. 10. What was your nickname in high school? "Jake Ryan" because I drove a red 944 sophomore year until I graduated. 11. What would you like your next Porsche to be? A 996 Carrera 4 Cabriolet or a 955 Cayenne Turbo. I have to be realistic for now. 12. If you won the lottery what would be the top 3 cars you would own?
