ASSOCIATE DEAN POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT The Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School of Business (IIT Stuart) invites qualified applicants to apply for the position of Associate Dean available in fall 2012. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Candidates will hold an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited institution in a discipline represented in the School; must possess a strong academic record of successful teaching, research/scholarship, service and professional activities; substantial employment experience in a college/university; experience interacting and collaborating with senior officials; ability to guide projects and employees of all ranks. Preferred Qualifications: experience with the maintenance of AACSB accreditation process, curriculum design, delivery and implementation, faculty development as well as student recruitment and retention; administrative experience in a medium-sized or larger intuition that offers doctorate, graduate, and undergraduate programs, and familiarity with all university administrative functions; familiarity with a multi-campus administrative system and with integrating campus and University-wide plans and operations; and have demonstrated planning, management, and budget management experience.
