Richie Grant, who completed his 13th season at the helm of the Memphis Ti- ger men's soccer program, has amassed a career-record of 118-101-18. Just five games into the season, Grant earned his 111th career victory, with a 2-1 win at Wisconsin on September 11. Grant now stands alone atop the all-time career wins list, replacing Chris Bartels.
Averaging nine wins per season, Grant has been a consistent presence at Memphis. His teams have advanced to postseason play in the Conference USA Tournament seven times and made one trek to the NCAA Tournament in 2004. In the 2000 and 2004 seasons, Grant was honored as the Conference USA Coach of the Year
During his tenure, Grant has overseen the move from Echles Field to the Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Collierville, as well as the renovation of the Tigers' outdoor practice facility on the grounds of the U of M's Park Avenue Campus.
