Kennetz provided depth in the midfield for Memphis in 2010. Kennetz missed the 2010 season's first two matches, but found his footing against North Florida with a 20-minute appearance. His first start came against No. 5 nationally ranked Tulsa, playing 25 minutes and he saw a career-high 62 minutes of action off the bench against Kentucky. Kennetz picked up an assist off the bench on Andreas Guentner's 73rd-minute goal against Alabama A&M. A local product from St. Benedict at Auburndale High School in Cordova, Tenn., Kennetz earned all-metro, all-region, all-state and team MVP honors during his prep career.
