ALMO ACQUIRES AF LIGHTING ALONG
WITH ITS CANDICE OLSON, HORIZON
AND ELEMENTS BRANDS FROM
INTERLINE BRANDS
Almo Corporation (Almo), the national independent distributor
of Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Professional A/V
equipment and Housewares, is pleased to announce that it has
acquired the assets of AF Lighting from Interline Brands, Inc.
(Interline Brands).
AF Lighting has been among the leading manufacturers of
distinctive lighting designs since 1987. Almo has acquired the
assets of AF Lighting including the following decorative designer
lighting brands: the Candice Olson brand—an exclusive lighting
collection designed by Candice Olson, the Horizon Series
brand—a fashion-forward designer series of transitional lighting,
and the Elements Series brand—a traditional life-style inspired
series of home lighting.
