GABBY TAILORED: DEEP SEATING CONSTRUCTION Back Cushions- Semi attached and loose pillow backs are filled with high resiliency fiber. Fiber is encased in a non-woven ticking. The backs are channeled to maintain shape and long lasting durability. Frame- Selected Hardwoods and engineered hardwood laminates. All frames feature interlocking glued joints. High stress joints are glued and corner blocked. Seat Cushions**- A hand crafted cushion that uses a 1.8 or better high density high resilient foam core that is wrapped with a super soft high resilient fiber blended with North American water fowl feathers. The cushion is then sewn into a down proof ticking to prevent migration of the feathers through the fabric. This cushion is engineered to have the luxurious feel of down, an inviting seat and long lasting durability. NOTE: Zippers are used on all seat cushions. The zippers are a function of manufacturing and not for the purpose of removing for cleaning. Spring Construction- Heavy gage sinuous wire springs are used to provide seating comfort, superior suspension and durability. Webbed seat bases are used where sinuous wire springs are not able to be used. **Upgrade your cushions to Spring Down- Our best step-up hand crafted cushion that uses a 1.8 or better density high resilient foam core that is wrapped with a super soft high resilient fiber blended with 90% white goose feathers and 10% white goose down feathers.
