July / August 2015 8 1. Where are you from and what brought you to KC? I am originally from Slidell, Louisiana. My father is a retired Marine Officer and we moved around a lot when I was young and we lived in Kansas from 2001 to 2003 and we moved from Manasass, Virginia in 2006 and have remained here since. 2. How long have you been married, kids or pets? I am currently single and I have two Australian shepherds,two cats, and multiple reptiles. 3. What is your background or profession? I just graduated from Blue Valley high school and will be attending Kansas State University to study Business. 4. When did you join PCA? Three years ago when I purchased my first Porsche. 5. What kind of Porsche do you have? I have a 1980 Porsche 924 and a 1981 Porsche 928. 6. What is your favorite thing about your car? My favorite thing about my car(s) would be the looks I get while driving them. I always get thumbs up and smiles. 7. What have you done to personalize it? On my 924 I'm trying to restore the car to new. I've done a few things to the engine to slightly increase the horsepower to make it a little more enjoyable beyond the standard 125 hp. I also tracked down a set of chrome ATS Mesh rims and have a set of custom seat covers. The 928 is stock minus the silver 928 inlays in the door sills. 8. Favorite memory with car - or funny story? My favorite memory is more several memories and they involve a fellow PCA member Kyle Yoder. We always went to shows and drove around with our cars and took pictures. The funniest memory would be when one day we were driving in Lawrence Kyle came to a stop in his 944 and I was't paying attention and I rear ended his 944.
