Una
O
ne-year-old, beautiful Una has captured many hearts. This intelli-
gent Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie) comes to Ex-Tempore, Boban
Bursac's studio and gallery, every day. "She's very friendly," says Bursac.
"When people come in with [dogs], she plays with them; she doesn't
get territorial." Una is popular around town also. Passersby comment on
how gorgeous she is. "Interestingly, I've been working in Carmel for 11
years now, but people don't know my name," Bursac says. "I'm 'the guy
who walks Una.'"
Teddy
R
ealtor Gin Weathers' Teddy is a
10-year-old Lhasa Apso and terrier
mix. "He goes almost everywhere with me,"
Weathers says. "Certainly to work at
Sotheby's Carmel." Teddy accompanies
Weathers when she goes to visit proper-
ties. "I call him my best marketing depart-
ment," she says. "People are attracted to
him, and I end up with new friends…and
clients. He's my 'best paw forward.'" He also
has a keen nose for whether or not a
house has "good bones."
