Resources for Libraries, Teachers, and Administrators 5 I'm Faith, and I work as the district's curriculum director. I spend a lot of my time looking for new resources that will help to keep our lesson plans fresh and exciting. We recently purchased some new online resources for our staff to use, so I'll be reaching out to them so they are aware of what's available. In fact, we just received notice that there are some new state standards rolling out, so these new resources will be helpful in making sure our teachers meet those standards. I am David, and I am the district superintendent. I also monitor our students' test scores to drive measurable outcomes to be sure we are using our city funding wisely. We have a huge IT project underway to make sure that our teachers and students have access to their digital resources from any location, whether it's at school or off campus. I plan on measuring how our district is using these resources so that we can budget appropriately in future years. We'll need to allow for the addition of even more digital resources to continue to support our teachers and students. Faith Curriculum Director Rachel High School Librarian David District Superintendent My name is Rachel, and I am a high school librarian. I like to think of myself as a curator of content for our teachers and students. I am passionate about literacy, and I love teaching our students how to evaluate sources and then use them when writing research papers. I also host a book club for students that we hold during the lunch period. It's a great way for me to really understand the interests of our students. We have added some new resources in our library that both our teachers and students can access from our library, at home, or in the classroom. To highlight these changes and additions, I have put together a presentation I will be sharing with school faculty. I'm excited to put these great new resources to good use.
