Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Business Programs Sellinger School of Business and Management LOYOLA COLLEGE IN MARYLAND The Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola College in Maryland has built a reputation of offer- ing the best in business education, regionally with under- graduate programs, and in the greater Baltimore area with graduate programs, for the past three decades. The Associate Dean, reporting directly to the Dean, will join a dynamic, high performing faculty and management team in this newly created position that is focused on achieving The Sellinger School's vision to "BE The Benchmark." The suc- cessful candidate will be responsible for the academic quali- ty, recruitment, management, growth, and planning for the future of Loyola College's graduate programs—Part-Time MBA, MSF, Executive MBA and MBA Fellows Programs. Combined, these programs serve over 1,000 students. The successful candidate will hold the position of tenured faculty member serving as an administrator at the College. Qualifications should be consistent with the tenure require- ments of Associate or Full Professor for the university. The Associate Dean will also assist the Dean including serving as the chief academic officer of The Sellinger School in the Dean's absence or incapacitation. The Sellinger School provides the region with a full portfo- lio of graduate and executive programs. With recent record enrollments of graduate and executive students, Sellinger is the undisputed leader in graduate business education for the Greater Baltimore Area. Within the last few years, Loyola has built three new business education facilities (Timonium, Baltimore, and Columbia) to meet demand, and to serve our students' needs of a quality graduate education at conven- ient locations. These facilities are all state of the art and offer excellent technology to support teaching, and offer convenience to our students.
