The Grand Chef Dinner, hosted by Ventana Big Sur, featured guest Chef Suzette Gresham of Acquerello in San Francisco and Ventana's own Paul Corsentino, with all courses featuring locally foraged foods, focusing on mushrooms. Around 100 guests attend- ed and the event raised nearly $40,000.
