400 combi-steam ovens series with exclusive fully automatic
cleaning system, for appliances with fixed inlet and outlet water
connection. The system's advanced cleaning cartridge ensures
the oven interior is cleaned to a level of unrivalled hygiene.
Additionally, a new sous-vide cooking function, with precise
temperature regulation from 120 °F to 200 °F, allows food to be
prepared in a gentle and healthy manner and ensures the food's
vitamins, minerals, consistency and color remain unaltered.

HYGIENIC CLEANING
With the help of a cartridge, which is mounted on the oven
ceiling, the fully automatic cleaning system effortlessly cleans the
most heavily soiled combi-steam ovens as thoroughly as oven
pyrolytic cleaning. Within four hours, the cleaning system leaves
the oven interior spotless after every use. This new feature can be
conveniently controlled via the TFT touch display, which is a
characteristic of all 400 ovens series. If required, the combi-steam
oven can be descaled in a similar way with a special descaling
cartridge, which is available as a special accessory.
