What you have to gain
National media attention, a special award and cash prizes presented at an
awards event during KBIS 2017 in Orlando, industry recognition, and your
design(s) featured on NKBA.org, NKBA Innovation + Inspiration Magazine and
in the NKBA Booth at KBIS 2017.
What's needed
Projects installed between January 1, 2015 and August 5, 2016, clear,
well-composed photos, a simple design statement, elevations and a floor
plan to scale and a completed entry form available at NKBA.org/Competition.
Ways to win
Six room categories and multiple specialty awards including Best Kitchen
and Bath, Green Design, Before & After, Budget-Friendly, and Universal Design,
along with the Builder/Remodeler Award, in honor of Clay Lyon, CR, 2012 NKBA
Secretary. One honorable mention to be named for each main category.
$75 Early bird entry fee (per project)
must be received between June 1 - July 1, 2016
$90 entry fee (per project)
must be received between July 2 - August 5, 2016
