Hockey Shot Improve Goaltending Skills at Home with the G1 Extreme G oaltending, more than any other position in hockey, is often extremely neglected in terms of proper training, both on and off the ice. That's why, as summer approaches, it's important to remember that goaltenders need an off-ice training program, which should include strength training, condition- ing, reflex training and working on a series of goalie specific skills.
