July / August 2016 21 de-signed to give a wetter, deeper look to any color paint work, while also providing unmatched durability to protect your ride again the harmful effects of Mother Nature. After 24 hrs of cooling, each product is tested for any kind of separation or imperfection. The approved tins are placed into a cooling chamber to harden the emulsion and prepare the product to be sealed and packaged for car enthusiasts, professionals and auto lovers everywhere to enjoy. Each tin is signed and numbered by an authorized Chemical Guys quality assurance specialists; guaranteed to be of the fin-est quality. I used this wax for the first time last month and was very surprised with the results I got. My car was already waxed with P21, so it really looked good. To see how good the wax was, I first removed the wax from the hood only using clay bar. After the wax was removed, I did a light polishing and glazed the hood with Chemical Guy's "Glossworkz Ultimate Glaze". I left it for 30 minutes to let it bond to the finish and then wiped it off. Next, I used their 5050 Carnauba wax; letting it set for 30 minutes also before wiping it off. The hood had a noticeably deeper shine to it. The car's finish looked wet and the metallic pigment was much more visible. The hood looked almost a different col-or. I had to do the whole car then, because the hood had such a deep shine to it! The Verdict. After doing my whole car, I was very satisfied with the way the 5050 left the Porsche with a smooth deep streak free wet shine. I'm not sure how much of that look came from the glaze or the wax, but together they made my Porsche look showroom fresh. In the upcoming issues, I will cover the polish and glaze I used to get that look. - SPENCER
