HEAVY-DUTY GREASE
Valvoline's new Cobalt grease features a viscosity delivery system to reduce friction and manage
heat in extreme environments. The pressure-activated technology allows the grease to deliver ISO
1000 lubricating fluid while ensuring extreme-pressure (EP) protection and sufficient film thickness
on the heaviest loaded metal surfaces. The grease contains a lithium-sulfonate-complex thicken
-
ing system that provides metal with inherent corrosion protection. It also offers pumpability and
extended oxidation protection to help promote longer ser vice life. The grease is suitable for appli-
cations in mining, quarries, construction, trucking, ready-mix fleets, agriculture and more.

HANDHELD DENSITOMETER
The new handheld Densi-H density/specific gravity meter from Cannon
Instrument Co. is designed to measure density and specific gravity in a
variety of applications, including petrochemicals (crude oil, lubricants,
fuels and solvents), chemicals, food and beverages, and pharmaceuti
-
cals. Lightweight and portable, the meter offers one-button operation
and reports results in seconds. It operates on the oscillating tube princi-
ple and is powered by two AAA batteries. Built-in tables allow API-com-
pliant measurement for quality control of lubricants, crude oil, gasoline
and petroleum products.

The new EasyFit Exchange Filter Elements from Eaton are engineered
for power generation, oil and gas, steel and metal, marine and mining

PRESSURE BOOSTER
The new Impulse pressure booster from Simatec complements the com-
pany's Simalube automatic lubricators. It is intended to ensure reliable
lubrication when faced with high counterpressure and lubrication lines
of up to 13 feet. Simply affix the device to the lubrication point, then
screw on the lubricator and activate it for the desired dispensing time.
Continuous lubrication impulses of 0.5 milliliters supply the lube point
with oil or grease at a pressure of up to 10 bar.
