Power for Paint Perfection V38 Optical Grade Final Polish is the finishing polish that refines the deepest shine, clarity, and depth after heavier compounding and polishing steps. V38 is a smooth cream polish formulated for extended work time that removes light scratches and 2500-3000 grit wet sand marks, and enhances glow, depth, and shine at the end of a polishing job. The water-based formula adds no artificial shine, works dust-free, and refines the paint to perfection. V38 contains no oils and no fillers, so the luster seen is the true condition of the paint. Use V38 for the final polishing step on any paint finish, including ceramic clear coat, conventional clear coat, and single-stage paint types. V38 delivers the finest final polishing results worthy of any show car, garage queen, or daily driver that deserves to look its very best. The Verdict My experience using these different polishes was better than I expected. They're really easy to use if you follow their directions. I didn't start with my Porsche; I used my BMW to practice on. After using the different polishes on the BMW, I started with V36 and V38 on my Porsche. Using V36 I was able to get all the small scratches and buff swirls out of my finish. Then I followed with V38 to bring back a perfect smooth finish. This was my first experience using a dual action high speed buffer and I was very surprised how easy the machine was to use. It sure makes the job much easier than rubbing the finish by hand. The YouTube video from Chemical Guys is very good at showing you how to use their polishes with a multi- speed buffer. Whether you use their polishes or another brand they cover the procedure very well. That is all I have for this article. Look for more product reviews in the future. - SPENCER
