2015 - Perlick relaunches the
Shallow-Depth Series as Sottile,
part of its top tier Signature Series
portfolio of products.
2010s
loved about commercial-grade equipment, but with a sleek, refined
look perfect for the home. It was a product unlike any other, a theme
seen in the brands following product introductions.
With the success of the first generation of residential product,
Perlick went on to introduce the first full line of 15" wide
undercounter refrigeration. Subsequently, 32" height ADA-
Compliant refrigeration was introduced in 2009, followed by world
exclusive 18" depth undercounter refrigeration, Signature Series
Sottile in 2012 and Dual-Zone two temperature refrigeration in
2014. As of 2017, Perlick has 140+ industry exclusive models of
undercounter refrigeration, all which feature the same stainless
steel construction and commercial-grade features the industry
originally fell in love with.
THE NEXT 100 YEARS
100 years and five generations later, Perlick is still a family owned
company. The fifth generation of the Perlick family has joined the
company as it embarks on its next chapter–a chapter in which Perlick
will continue to evolve and expand its product offerings in both
current and new markets with the same passion and dedication that
their great-great-great grandfather did.
The Perlick headquarters are in the same city in which it got its
start, a city that was the birthplace of other iconic brands such as
Miller Brewing Company and Harley-Davidson–Milwaukee, WI. As
Perlick moves forward into the next 100 years, they're committed to
the spirit of world-class manufacturing, innovation and continuing the
legacy of doing things the right way–the Perlick way.
2013 - The next generation of Perlick
back bar refrigeration is unveiled, offering
the bar and beverage industry over 4.7
billion configurations of customizable
refrigeration with dispensing options.
2012 - Perlick wins the esteemed
GOOD DESIGN award for its world
exclusive Shallow-Depth undercounter
refrigeration. Measuring just 18" deep,
it's the industry's first and only slim
profile refrigeration collection.
