With two successful stores in Knoxville and Chattanooga, e Phone Exchange looked to open a third store in bustling Murfreesboro, Tennessee. e dynamic commercial and residential growth of the area, coupled with the university, drew them in and hasn't disappointed. e store has been open for two years, with growth year over year. Trent Nairn, General Manager, says Redstone Federal Credit Union® has been a valued partner in the business, since day one. "I've always been pleased with the service from credit unions, so when I saw Redstone Federal Credit Union just a few doors down from our new location, I knew right away where we would have our accounts," said Trent. "ey have a small- business feel themselves – great service, personal attention and an understanding of the importance of relationships." Trent moved to Murfreesboro to open this location, so those relationships he's developed at Redstone have helped him connect to the community. "I really enjoy the people at Redstone and know I wouldn't get that sort of connection with a large, corporate bank. In fact, I've even played a round of golf or two with my Redstone friends," said Trent. "I even switched my personal accounts to Redstone, once I saw how well they took care of e Phone Exchange's checking and savings accounts.'' e Phone Exchange provides warranties on the phones they sell, which are free of the typical used-phone hassles such as being locked, poorly refurbished or having memory issues. And they are definitely a safer alternative than meeting strangers from the internet.
