The goal of this entry level program is to challenge gymnasts and allow them to achieve
maximum success while developing skills, building strength and increasing fl exibility.
The program follows developmental gymnastics progressions. Gymnasts are grouped
by age categories.

Obstacle courses, themed weeks, ribbons,
balls, balance beam, bars and vaulting
are part of this fun experience.
