the double-starred Michelin chef Phil
Howard will delight diners at Royal As-
cot for the third year in a row, bringing
his philosophy of championing the best
of British produce this year to the Race-
course's flagship On 5 restaurant.
"The delivery of pleasure through har-
mony of flavor" is the mantra by which
Howard lives and cooks. Keeley Walker

lishment, Elystan Street, and to a culi-
nary preview at Ascot.
