Sarah Mathews competed in nine tournaments in 2011-12, registering her best performance (17th) at the UAB Fall Beach Classic. She turned in her career- best finish (second) at the 2009 UAB Fall Beach Classic, helping the Lady Tigers to the team title. Mathews also has performed well in the classroom, as she has been named a National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) All- American Scholar the past three years.
