n the spirt of gastronomic brotherhood, The Clever Root shadowed this year's Banfi Cru
Artisan College, traveling to three cities and presenting five seminars' worth of pertinent
Italian wine-centric educational tastings. While the winemaker "professors" taught class, we
slipped out on a hunt for the city's most talented chefs—the only criteria being that their
cuisine is as formidable as the Cru Artisan wines, a portfolio of Banfi's most extraordinary offerings.
