we had on our doorstep. I mean, what chef
wouldn't be excited about it? I genuinely
love working with Tim and John, and can
honestly say I have learned a lot from them."
For Hassell, the feeling is mutual. "It's a
real combination of everything we do," he
says of the restaurant's success so far. "The
breed, how we look after the animals, what
we feed them and how they are butchered,
it all contributes to the end result. Oh, and
obviously the chef works his magic too."
Qatar Goodwood Festival will be held
