Bin tumbler
Cyclops bin tumbler for use with IBCs and other containers
blends and homogenizes powders and granules. It works with
company's Trigon universal bin docking system that simplifies
mounting/detaching and eliminates need for special devices
or spacers. Bin tumbler is available in four versions suitable for
R&D and for handling batches as large as 1,500 kilograms.
Touch-screen control displays process parameters, lets you
program work cycle, and recalls as many as 100 recipes.
Options include through wall installation to conserve floor
space and dual-plane inclination of blending motion to handle
difficult products. Custom bin holders are also available.

V-type blender
Model VB-10-316S Vee-Cone blender gently combines
materials to uniformity in 5 to 15 minutes, depending on
material, whether filled to 25 or 100 percent of capacity. Inter-
nal surface has no baffles, shafts, or bearings and provides
unobstructed material flow and complete discharge through
gate valve. Absence of residual material and easy access via
discharge valve and vessel's end ports allow quick sanitization.
Options include intensifier bars for breaking up agglomerates
or dispersing liquids; CIP system; jackets to accommodate
heating and cooling; load-cell mounts for batch weighing;
ASME-compliant construction; and PLC-based controls.

Plowshare mixers

includes manual bin lock, single-inclination rotation, clock-
wise and counter-clockwise rotation, inverter for adjusting
speed, and remote manual control of mixing speed and time.
Options include double-inclination rotation, remote control
that automates programming and printing, and barcode
