The competencies have a heavy concentration on the interpersonal skills necessary to provide consistent, quality service as you learn your role as the "face" of the company. Technical skills are developed on a state of the art cloud based tele- communication platform that allows you the opportunity to understand how to communicate through various modal- ities (phone, chat, text, etc.). Upon successful completion of the program, you will be prepared to enter the workforce with confidence. Program Notes: Upon successful completion of the program, students attain the Certified Customer Service Representative certification from the National Customer Service Management Association (NCSMA).
