Rashard Lewis enjoyed a stellar career
in the National Basketball Association,
garnering two All-Star selections and
a championship in 2013 with the Miami
Heat. Lewis's passion for Thoroughbred
racing took flight after being introduced
to the game by his longtime friend and
former teammate Jake Ballis a decade
ago, and he continues to play an active
role as an owner. Retired from the NBA
since 2014, Lewis looks forward to his
'Saratoga Summers,' but has been busy
splitting his time between the races and
the newly formed Big 3 touring basketball
league, which features a number of former
NBA stars.
