CANNABIS CULTIVATION
MAKING THE CASE FOR CULTIVATING
SUNGROWN CANNABIS
by Holden Jagger
As Nature Intended?
EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE KNOWS KNOWS KNOWS KNOWS KNOWS KNOWS KNOWS HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW we grow cannabis: indoors, under artificial lighting,
of course, with the plant's every need tended to by a number of pumps, sprayers
and vats of murky, swirling liquid. Just as nature intended.
Sarcasm aside, the cultivation of cannabis is an important part of the ongoing
conversation we have about this plant. While some people may still see can-
nabis as a dangerous drug, those who turn to it for medicinal reasons are taking
a closer look at sustainable and organic farming practices. After all, what sick
person doesn't seek out the most healthful medicine possible?
Regardless of how you feel about cannabis, at the end of the day, it's a vegeta-
bleāand it's high time we started treating it as such, particularly when exploring
its cultivation. The prohibition of an agricultural product like cannabis has led
people to develop some very interesting methods to cultivate it without being
caught with this "illicit plant," and for decades, the needs of the illegal cannabis
consumer have advanced the hydroponic and greenhouse industries so far that
indoor cannabis has become the norm.
