Dutta Corp Fair Hill International – October 18-21, 2018 F a i r H i l l I n t e r n at i o n al 2 0 1 7 Welcome to the Dutta Corp. Fair Hill International 2017 Welcome to the 29 th year of the Fair Hill International, sponsored by The Dutta Corporation, a leading international horse transportation company that holds the distinction of being the Official Shipper for the United States Eventing Team. The Dutta Corp. Fair Hill International is one of only four CCI Three-Star events in the country. We are proud that both the CCI Three-Star and CCI Two-Star events this weekend will once again crown the United States Equestrian Federation's National Fall Eventing Champions. Be sure to take the time to see the equine Stars of Tomorrow. We are hosting the popular USEA Young Event Horse East Coast Championship for four- and five-year olds on Thursday and Friday. This year we are excited to host competitions for two other groups of competitors who love the land here at Fair Hill as much as riders do – runners and bikers. The Gore Running Wear 5k will run it's inaugural race Saturday morning. Runners will get the treat of touring the cross country course and seeing the fences before the first horse leaves the start box. The bikes in the Dabble in the Gravel races will run all day in the YEH venue. The runners and bikers are then welcomed to join us in our Craft Beer tent to celebrate their victories and cheer on our horses and riders. As always, we will also feature our famous Kids' Corner with crafts, games, pony demonstrations, and the fabulous alpacas. Agility dog demonstrations, Frisbee dog games, magicians, and jugglers are just some of the Special Events offered throughout the weekend. Please see pages 5 and 7 of this program for a full schedule. Our food vendors are stationed throughout the competition grounds so that patrons can enjoy delicious food throughout the venue. Our Country Shops are bursting with vendors offering something for everyone. October is a perfect time to get a jump on holiday gift shopping. A full list of vendors is included in the back of this program. There are so many people and organizations to thank that we could fill this whole program with their names, but there are several groups that should be singled out – the staff of the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area, led by Ranger Rachel Temby, who dedicate their efforts to preserving and maintaining this magnificent property; our Sponsors who provide the financial support necessary to run this wonderful event; and our volunteers, whose countless hours of work to organize, set up, and run this event are so very much appreciated.
