"This is the warmest, friendliest atmosphere I have ever seen," says Great Falls Central Catholic High School's new principal, Phillip VanDenBrink. That's high praise coming from a man who has spent over thirteen years working for private educational institutions through- out the world. "I've had royalty and kids of celebrities at my schools," he says, "But I've also had kids who were extremely, extremely poor." With multiple degrees, at least four languages and an array of professional accomplishments in his toolbox, Phillip left his position as Dean of Campus in Switzerland and arrived in Great Falls in June. He immediately initiated a drama club, plans to create business internship opportunities and is already solidifying partnerships with area universities. "We want to be a strong college prep institution," he explains. "It's also important that people know our tuition costs should not be a deterrent. It is my job to find money." Despite the seriousness of his work, Phillip still knows how to have fun. "We have the most sports for any C school," he says, "but this is the first school I've been a part of that has football!" Principal Phillip VanDenBrink welcomes you to Great Falls Central Catholic High School. MT S Great Falls Central Catholic High School
