fore you go: there is no En-
glish menu at the restaurant
and no prices are displayed,
but Inakaya's website (www.
roppongiinakaya.jp/en) has an
English menu, so it is wise to
do some research before arriv-
al. The absence of an English
menu isn't a problem once
you arrive, however, as you
are encouraged to point and
pick from the vast selection of
meat, seafood and vegetables
laid out right in front of you.
A basic check at Inakaya will
total $100 to $150 per person-
-that including a few skewers
of meat, a few servings of veg-
etables, sashimi and a couple
beers apiece--and can easily
run much higher.
