At the GE Monogram installation, attendees learned
about the latest appliance innovations and enjoyed a
schedule of daily demonstrations and samplings by
leading chefs and culinary personalities, including Top
Chef's Brian Malarkey.
WestEdge was chock-full of special events and
interactive receptions throughout all days of the fair.
Cambria, SAMSUNG USA, Snyder Diamond, Samuel
Heath, TRUE Refrigeration and several other brands
took the occasion to host meet and greets and welcome
their VIP groups. The American Society of Interior
Designers (ASID) Los Angeles Chapter hosted an
awards reception honoring "Best in Class" designations
to six brands including: Jason Mizrahi, mnima, WWOO,
A.N. Concept, Bauformat USA, and The Caliber
Foundation including work from Black Crow Studios
and DETROITWICK.
This year, the energy and excitement at WestEdge
were more omnipresent than ever before. The feed-
back was that this year's fair was the most compelling
to-date regarding not only exhibitor diversity and quality,
but also the engagement with top-level architects,
designers, and homeowners. Participants remarked on
the sense of community they felt being a part of
WestEdge, and it's clear that the event continues to
gain a loyal following of attendees and exhibitors who
continue to foster that welcoming and fun atmosphere
year after year.
