anuary marked the third birthday for Thad and
Heidi Reiste's downtown Great Falls bustling business.
Since 2015, patrons have gathered at the old
downtown building creating a social
hub around great coffee along with
baked goods and quick lunch service.
But at Electric City, they're gearing up
to blend much more than great coffee.
Today, the classy bistro-end of the business
features live music, top-rated dinners,
and their latest addition: classic cocktails.

After retiring from their
military careers, owners
Thad and Heidi Reiste
opened Electric City
Coffee under simple
pretenses: brew a great
cup of coffee, bake fresh
bread, slice your own
meat, and the customers
will come...and they did!
Thad and Heidi's oldest son, who studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley,
is credited for the popularity of their house-made pasta. It's their top-selling dish!
