Hopefully this year rather than making "resolutions," you set some concrete goals for the year. For us… this year… 2X18… is all about DOUBLING our success. We hope that you have adopted this mantra for yourselves and have committed to 2X your sales, 2X your income, 2X your health and 2X your relationships. 2X whatever it is in your life that is most important to you. If you attended a Success Summit, you came away with some new ideas and strategies to make your 2X18 goals a reality. Are you doing the right activities now to be on track for the year? Or are you falling back into the same old habits… with the same old results? Make this year different. 2X18 is meant to inspire you beyond January. 2X18 is NOW. It's next month. It's six months from now. Make 2X18 your mission for the entire year and beyond. Here are some simple steps to make sure you are staying on track now and throughout the months to come. 1. Write your goals down. It may seem trivial, but it's important. If you haven't yet, take a moment right now to write down your goals for 2X18. Don't let fear stop you from taking this critical first step. 2. Tell someone. This might seem even more intimidating than writing down your goal, but it's just as important. Accountability is one of the most powerful driving forces behind whether someone achieves a goal or not. 3. Five to Thrive. If you were at Convention, you may remember the "Five to Thrive" post- it notes. The idea behind these post-it notes was for you to write down the five critical actions you are going to take each day toward achieving your goal. These are five activities specifically related to the Four Pillars of Success (Earning new customers, selling more to your current customers, hiring and managing Sales Reps and buying your competition). 4. Make a call. Make a standing daily appointment with your accountability or success partner. Take 5 minutes a day to call them up and talk about those actions you are going to do that day. Remember, accountability is powerful. 5. Take action. As soon as you hang up the phone, dive right into one of the wealth building activities for the day. 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… GO! After 5 seconds… if you don't take action… you probably never will. February is important. This is the month when you decide if you are going to make a real change… not necessarily a BIG change… but you have to commit to doing the little things that will make a big difference in your business. Make 2X18 your year for DOUBLING what you thought might be possible and start experiencing massive success in the most important aspects of your business and life.
