Kishwaukee Community Hospital Friends for Life Fund Contribu ons totaling $90,700 to the Friends for Life KCH 100 fund were used to help purchase equipment for the second Catheteriza on Lab at Kish Hospital. The new equipment allows Kish Hospital to provide a new service for our pa ents and the community as a whole. The equipment allows an electrophysiologist to diagnose and treat cardiac disease involving the electrical signals in the heart. The new equipment also limits radia on exposure to the pa ents. A por on of the funds were also placed in the unrestricted endowment fund for future needs at Kishwaukee Community Hospital. Funds raised through the 2010 campaign were used to help underwrite the cost of The New Cancer Center at Kishwaukee Community Hospital.
