NEW Yoga for Kids SB Ages 4-10 Yoga isn't just for grown-ups anymore! Yoga for children promotes physical strength and muscular endurance. It helps to build balance, coordination, fl exibility and body awareness. In addition, it can enhance concentration and a sense of calmness. Centered on a weekly theme, children will learn breathing techniques, traditional yoga poses and simple meditation techniques as well as participate in games, partner poses, stories and creative expression. Yoga for children is all this in a non-competitive and fun environment. Participants should dress to be active and may bring a blanket or beach towel for "shavasana" the ending relaxation pose.
